Vi-shape Beets And Berries

Description

I don't always eat enough vegetables, so I add vegetables to my shakes. Great tasting, full of antioxidants, and yummy!

Ingredients

2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix


1/2 Fresh Beet


1 Lemon Slice


1 Handful Of Frozen Strawberries


1 Handful Of Frozen Pineapples


1/2 Banana


1 c. Vanilla Cashew Milk



Instructions

I use a NutriBullet, so I follow their recommendation of vegetables go in the jar first, then the fruit, then the Vi-Shape Shake Mix, and last, add the milk. Mix and enjoy!
